     For female companionship, my roommate hooked up with Key Air’s Chief Stewardess, and I found my old buddy from Madrid, Athena Marcus, currently dancing at the Rivera Hotel and Casino.

     Because Athena was raised in Las Vegas, and had performed at The Landmark, MGM Grand, Las Vegas Hilton, Stardust, and Riviera, she was the perfect selection for my “tour guide.”

      This beautiful, smart, classy lady had the inside track on how to survive, and cut corners, in glitzy Vegas.  I’d usually catch her last show, and afterwards we’d jump in my Mustang, go dining, dancing and ultimately paint the town red.
